We process and ship orders on business days, Monday thru Friday (excluding US holidays). Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. All orders are fulfilled in the order that they are placed.


We ship your package as soon as it is processed!

  • Delivery estimate for domestic (US) orders:
    • USPS First Class Mail, 3-5 business days // $3.50 flat rate or FREE on orders over $50
  • Delivery estimate for international orders:
    • USPS First Class Mail, 7-14 business days // $10 flat rate or FREE on orders over $50 

Please note that these are delivery estimates, weather conditions and/or international customs can delay delivery time. Please be aware of our processing and delivery time estimates before placing an order, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delivery times may also be delayed during the peak holiday season, please plan your shopping ahead of time to ensure you get your order in time for the holidays. 


Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information. The confirmation email is automatically sent when we print the shipping label, please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update the tracking information on their website. 


Customs may delay the shipping and delivery time of your package. International customers are responsible for all import taxes, fees, and/or custom duties charged by the buyer's country. We have no control over these charges, please contact your local post or customs office for further information. 

Under Federal law, we are required to put down the accurate item price(s) and mark our packages as "merchandise" on custom forms, we cannot mark our packages as "gift" under any circumstances.


We ship to the shipping address provided during check out, please make sure it is accurate before submitting your order. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us immediately {} to let us know. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.


Every piece of jewelry is handmade or handpicked with love and we make sure to carefully inspect everything before packaging. All items are securely packaged in a bubble mailer and/or box. 

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or mis-delivered packages due to carrier error. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact your local Post Office to file a claim.
