RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for a refund (minus the original shipping cost) or opt for an exchange. Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to do a return or exchange.
Any packages received without prior notification and approval will not be refunded or exchanged. We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of receiving your package (marked as delivered according to the tracking information). You are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once the item has been received by us in it's original mint condition, we will notify you and issue you your refund or begin processing the exchange.
If there was an error on our part, please contact us immediately so we can get it straightened out. Please make sure all spelling and punctuation is correct for custom orders before submitting your order, we are not responsible for typos done by the buyer.
